Ingredients

  • eggs - 2 (boiled)
  • ripe avocado - 1
  • favorite bread - 2 slices
  • tapenade - 2 tbsp.
  • coriander leaves - to serve
  • microgreens - to serve (optional)

Preparation Instructions

  • 1. Broil the eggs for 7 minutes. Toast the bread.
  • 2. Remove the stone and scoop flesh of the avocado and cut into slices. Cut the eggs into quarters.
