Ingredients

  • chickpeas - 2 ⅓ cups (400g) (drained)
  • soy beans - 2 cups (150g)
  • mint - ½ cup (15g)
  • tahini - 3 tbsp.
  • garlic clove - 1
  • lemon juice - 3 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • water - as needed

Preparation Instructions

  • 1. Put the chickpeas, beans, mint, tahini and garlic in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth.
  • 2. Add in the lemon juice and olive oil, season to taste with salt & pepper, and blend again.
  • 3. Add water as necessary to achieve desired texture.
  • 4. Serve as a dip with vegetables.
